At PremRaga, every piece is carefully inspected before dispatch. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please read the policy below before requesting a return or exchange.

Why We Require an Unboxing Video

To ensure a fair experience for both you and us, we require a single, continuous, unedited unboxing video for every return or exchange request.

Please begin recording before opening the sealed parcel (with the shipping label visible) and continue recording until the jewellery and all packaging are fully revealed.

This helps us verify claims quickly and allows us to process eligible requests without unnecessary delays.

Requests submitted without an unboxing video cannot be processed.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

Your request will be eligible if:

  • It is raised within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery.

  • A complete unedited unboxing video is provided.

  • The jewellery is unused, unworn, and undamaged.

  • All original packaging, pouches, tags, and accessories are returned.

  • Your Order ID or proof of purchase is provided.

Manufacturing Defect or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged product due to a manufacturing defect or the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup, and you may choose any one of the following:

  • Replacement

  • Exchange

  • Store Credit

  • Full Refund to your original payment method

There are no additional charges for eligible claims.

Change of Mind

If you simply change your mind or the jewellery isn't quite what you expected, we offer:

  • Free reverse pickup

  • Exchange for another product of equal or higher value (price difference, if any, will apply)

  • Store Credit

Cash refunds are not available for change-of-mind returns.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalised or customised jewellery

  • Jewellery showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration

  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories

  • Individual items from a combo or gift set

  • Earrings with broken hygiene seals (where applicable)

  • Requests made after the 3-day return window

  • Requests submitted without the required unboxing video

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item shipped by PremRaga.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please contact us via WhatsApp or email within the eligible return period and include:

  • Your Order ID

  • Reason for the request

  • Continuous unboxing video

  • Clear photographs of the jewellery and packaging

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

Once approved, we'll arrange a complimentary reverse pickup from your original delivery address.

Refunds

Refunds are available only for approved claims involving:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect items shipped by PremRaga

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received and successfully inspected.

Exchanges & Store Credit

Approved exchanges and replacement orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Store Credit will be issued for the value of the returned product and can be used toward any future purchase.

Proper care helps preserve the beauty and longevity of your jewellery.

Our Care Ritual

  • Put your jewellery on after applying perfume, lotion, sunscreen, makeup, or hairspray.

  • Remove jewellery before bathing, swimming, exercising, sleeping, or doing household chores.

  • Wipe each piece gently with a soft, dry cloth after every wear.

  • Store each piece separately in its pouch or an airtight zip pouch.

  • Keep jewellery away from moisture, humidity, direct sunlight, and excessive heat.

  • For light cleaning, use mild soap with lukewarm water, then dry completely before storing.

  • Avoid harsh chemicals, toothpaste, abrasive cleaners, and ultrasonic cleaning devices.

  • Handle delicate chains, stones, and embellishments with care.

Quick Care Tips

Do

  • Apply perfume before wearing jewellery

  • Wipe jewellery after each use

  • Store each piece separately

  • Keep jewellery dry

  • Use anti-tarnish strips or silica gel where possible

Don't

  • Shower, swim, or sleep while wearing jewellery

  • Spray perfume directly onto jewellery

  • Store jewellery in humid areas such as bathrooms

  • Clean with toothpaste or harsh chemicals

  • Toss multiple pieces together without protection

A Note on Fashion Jewellery

PremRaga jewellery is crafted to be cherished and enjoyed for years with proper care.

As with all plated fashion jewellery, gradual wear over time is a natural characteristic of the material and should not be considered a manufacturing defect.
