Applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

Order Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Once dispatched, estimated delivery timelines are:

Metro & Tier-1 Cities 3–7 business days
Tier-2, Tier-3 & Rural Areas 6–10 business days
International Orders 15–20 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the order date. While we strive to deliver within these timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, courier network disruptions, festive demand, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Where We Ship

Domestic (India)

We deliver across India, including metro cities, Tier-1, Tier-2, Tier-3 locations, and most serviceable rural PIN codes through our trusted courier partners.

If your PIN code is not currently serviceable, our team will contact you to discuss the best available shipping option.

International

We ship to select international destinations.

International shipping charges and estimated delivery timelines are calculated at checkout or confirmed by our team before dispatch.

Please note:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any local charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • International orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once they have been shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive your tracking link and courier details via email and/or WhatsApp, allowing you to monitor your shipment every step of the way.

Address Changes

Shipping address changes can only be accommodated before your order has been dispatched.

Please contact us with your Order ID as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot modify the delivery address after shipment.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or recipient unavailability, the parcel may be returned to us by the courier.

Any additional shipping charges incurred for re-dispatch will be borne by the customer.

Delivery Delays

If your order has exceeded the estimated delivery timeline, please contact us with your Order ID. Our team will coordinate with the courier partner and provide the latest shipment update as quickly as possible.
